The Plus Pack...
Business Alerts allow you to configure business rules,
which when broken automatically send an E-mail, Microsoft
Office Task Request, Fax or SMS message to your chosen recipients.
For example, Operations II can E-mail a supplier for a re-order
quote when a stock item reaches its reorder level.
Business Profiles allow you to build additional forms
in the public folders of Microsoft Outlook based on Opera
II data. This information can then be added to or viewed by
anyone of your choosing. For example, supplier contact information
could be made available.
Web-based Reporting is provided using the industry
standard Crystal Reports. Using a Web-Browser standard and
customisable reports can be viewed by anyone of your choosing.
Access to these reports is password controlled using the Opera
II Security Manager. For example, a field sales representative
could be given access to key sales reports via the Internet
giving them access at anytime from anywhere.
