Opera Plus Pack features:
Business Alerts allow you to configure business rules which
when broken automatically send an E-mail, Microsoft Office
Task Request, Fax or SMS message to your chosen recipients.
For example, Opera II can E-mail the Credit Controller as
soon as an account reaches its credit limit.
Business Profiles allow you to build user definable screens
in Microsoft Outlook using fields of information shown in
Opera II. This information can then be added to or viewed
by anyone of your choosing. For example, customer contact
information could be provided to all in the organisation who
need access to it.
Web-based Reporting is provided using the industry standard
Crystal Reports. Using a Web-Browser standard and customisable
reports can be viewed by anyone of your choosing. Access to
these reports is password controlled using the Opera II Security
Manager. For example, a field sales representative could be
given access to key sales reports via the Internet giving
them access at anytime from anywhere.
Traditional accounting systems only serve the accounts or
finance department; consequently, gathering, managing and
using information is often slow and painful. Opera II drives
an immediate information flow across the whole organisation
as standard functionality.
