Opera II: A Scalable Solution

Pegasus is continually evolving the Opera II proposition, and Opera II is now the financial management and business solution of choice for small and medium-sized enterprises in the UK.

The launch of Opera II Small Business and the rebranding of Opera II Version 3 to Opera II Enterprise, takes the evolution of Opera II into a new phase.

As the name suggests, Small Business is a scalable version of Opera II; specifically designed with the smaller business in mind.

Opera II Small Business includes all of the functionality within Opera II Enterprise (with the exception of Advanced Nominal Ledger and XRL) and provides up to 5 users, up to 5 companies and up to 100 employee Payroll records.

By the end of 2004 Pegasus will release Opera II Enterprise SQL, essentially Opera II Enterprise running on a Microsoft SQL 2000 database, which will attract those organisations looking for a SQL server solution.

Opera II Enterprise will remain the solution of choice for the vast majority of our customers. However, the Small Business and SQL variants will ensure that Opera II develops into a scalable solution.
