What's new in this release?

You can now use a FIND DOCUMENT command to locate a document for progression within SOP or Invoicing modules. This command which can also be called using function key F8 is added to the Action menu on the processing forms. You can display a range of documents of a certain type and then select the one you want to progress. For example, you can search for a range of orders and then return to the delivery stage for the selected document. A similar facility is available in the Purchase Orders module, but not for progression; simply to assist.

Reason Codes

When an invoice is marked as being in dispute in the Sales or Purchase modules, you can now attach a reason description. The program provides the means to maintain a table of reason codes and descriptions for this purpose. You can also set an option in the module that makes the selection of a reason code mandatory.

Continuous Posting

The System module includes an option in User Profiles called CONTINUOUS POSTING. With this option selected, you can enter batches of transactions of the same type without having to reselect the command from the ACTION menu.

You can copy selected columns to paste into Microsoft applications like Word and Excel. In Word, data is pasted as a table; while in Excel, data is pasted as rows and columns.
