The QAS and ProspectSoft partnership
QAS provides a range of address management solutions which integrate easily with ProspectSoft’s modular CRM system, and are simple to implement into our target market. The QAS system gets the address right first time, and the ProspectSoft CRM system provides an integrated sales, marketing and customer service environment that manages campaigns, sales enquiries, document production, customer support and much more.
Reckitt Benckiser is the world’s largest supplier of household cleaning products, providing brands like Dettol, Mr Sheen, Finish and Airwick. QuickAddress Pro is integrated with ProspectSoft CRM at their Customer Care Centre near Bristol, where all customer product issues are logged and dealt with. Most of these are managed within ProspectSoft CRM, but some customer information is passed to other systems for analysis and reporting. However, the customer address never needs re-entering.
The French Linen Company is a small organisation that distributes bed linen, towels and bathrobes to retailers like House of Fraser, and also to consumers via mail order. QuickAddress Rapid is integrated with ProspectSoft CRM which, in turn, integrates with the company’s Pegasus Opera II accounting system. A consumer’s address details are captured into ProspectSoft CRM, which can automatically pass sales orders into Opera. ProspectSoft CRM handles post sales marketing analysis and also re-markets the customer database. Again, the customer address is never re-entered.
